Saturday Schedule
11:00am & 3pm – Princes in the Tower
Princes In The Tower is a Tudor power-trio comprising Vocals, Lute/Cittern, drums and Renaissance Woodwind. Their Early Music repertoire ranges from Medieval, through Renaissance to early Hanoverian.
12pm & 4pm – A Merrie Noyse
A Merrie Noyse will be performing sections from their retelling of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight amongst other medieval & renaissance tunes on historic instruments.
2pm & 5pm – de Mowbray’s Musicke
de Mowbray’s Musicke perform music, songs and dances of the late 15th century with a wide range of instruments: woodwind and strings, including bagpipes, shawms, recorders, 3 holed pipe and tabor, gemshorns, rebec, citole, gittern, harps and symphonie.

The Avalon Recorder Consort have delighted audiences at various events with their eclectic mix of music which includes music from the Early Period, Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, 20th and 21st Centuries.
